Hi,
My name is Barney Daigle and
my beautiful wife's name is Debbie. We have four wonderful girls,
Kelsie
(not pictured), Natausha, Eliza, and Hannah. We live in E. Livermore
and
work for a GREAT place
called
Camp
Good News.
We are transplants from a little town in northernmost Maine called Fort Kent and went to a little country church called Mt. View Bible Church.
In 1994 we came to work, as missionaries, for Child Evangelism Fellowship of Maine,Inc. at the Neighborhood House and in 1999 we moved here to Camp Good News as the Maintenance Dir.
Ipresently direct all the maintenance for the 30+ buildings and 58 acres that Camp presently owns. We are a full-time ministry and presently operate 11 months a year. We hold Children and Teen Camps through out the summer, and weekend retreats throughout the winter.
Debbie helps out wherever needed as a Bible teacher, A.R.C. lifeguard trainer, pool supervisor/swim instructor, and has designed and maintains the wonderful flower gardens around the Campground. During the winter she helps out wherever needed as a counselor, fun time supervisor, or as a kitchen cook/helper.
Kelsie lives is Farmington and works as Park Ranger, in the Bigelow Preserves and other Public Preserve Lands for the State of Maine.
Natausha presently works for C.E.F. of Maine, Inc. here at the State C.E.F. office. She runs the followup program for girls who have come to Camp.Her greatest desire is to mentor these girls and provide a positive impact in their lives.
Eliza volunteers year round at Camp doing anything that needs to be done. She helps Donna in the office, does Powerpoint Presentations, helps in the kitchen, as a Dining room hostess. Her hearts desire is to work with teens and she has been working closely and is very beneficial in the design, startup and implementation of Camp's Teen Programs.
Hannah now works fulltime at Dunkin Donuts in Livermore Falls and helps out when needed at Camp . She helps Eliza with some of the office projects, and helps in the kitchen.
C.E.F. of Maine,Inc. has other Chapters
around the State with the sole purpose of reaching children with the
Good
News of Jesus Christ.
