This class is taught to those with an interest in using water safety in ministry. Participants will take part in all chapels before branching off to work on water safety, first aid and CPR skills. Students must be at least 15 years old and be able to pass the swimming prerequisite to participate.
The prerequisite will be held at CGN on June 8 at 10 am. Once you have passed, you will be given all of your material and a online login to watch all of the online content before arriving on the 23rd for training. Once here, we will focus on the physical aspects of the course. Upon completion of the course, you will receive a valid 2 yr certificate for Waterfront Lifeguarding and First Aid & CPR.
